LeMans Routers C Series

The LeMans C Series Router is a robust and versatile machine designed for precision and efficiency. It features a working area of ​​1300mm x 2500mm x 200mm (4' x 8'), adhering to CE standards for safety and quality.

At the heart of the router is the Italian HSD 9.5KW (12HP) Electrospindle, equipped with a 10-position Automatic Tool Changer (ISO30), ensuring seamless tool transitions and optimal performance. The router's durability is enhanced by its 10mm heavy-duty body and an active safety system for secure operations.

The machine's movement is facilitated by helical rack and pinion drivers on the X and Y axes, while the Z axis uses a Taiwan TBI ball screw transmission. For added precision, the router is equipped with 25mm heavy-duty Hiwin HG Series linear bearings.

The work surface features a vacuum table combined with T-slots, providing versatile options for securing materials. The router is controlled by the Taiwan Syntec 6MA system, with a Japan Yaskawa servo motor and drivers system for reliable and accurate motion control. Additionally, it includes a Delta brand VFD-B variable frequency drive for enhanced performance.

Other notable features include a 10-position Automatic Tool Changer with optional additional positions, a tool cone holder for easy bit changing, and solid-state limit switches for improved reliability.
