Automated laser welding system RMA
backFrom the beginning our goal was to RMA striving to achieve the highest quality welding process using the latest technology.
Currently, in our portfolio, in addition to conventional welding methods, such as MIG / MAG, TIG, we use state-of-the-art technologies such as laser beam. We offer turnkey solutions as well as ready welding platforms and targets.
Laser beam welding is mainly used to connect components that must be combined with high welding speeds, thin and small weld seams and low thermal distortions.
High welding speeds, excellent automatic handling and the ability to control online quality during the process make laser welding a common method of joining in modern production of the automotive industry and large-scale production.

MLS1000
Out of the box, MLS1000 lets you set up an efficient, fast and quality-oriented manufacturing cell – all in a few intuitive steps. MLS1000 has been engineered to withstand the specific requirements of single piece and mass production, both for small and big volumes.
MLS501
MLS501 comes with the SCOUT System. This unique marriage of laser processing guided by ultra precise machine vision technology offers welding solutions that are impossible to duplicate with existing scan head technology.
MLS502
MLS502 comes with a wide range of laser welding heads. Our goal was to design an orbital welding solution which would be truly versatile and capable of dealing with many various applications. MLS502, accompanied by the laser source of 6kW maximum power, can easily manage the welding diameters of up to 500 mm.
