Azon razor hale is the newest model of azon uv product line and it is bringing together the award winning printing technology with stronger, faster and more powerful led curing system. The long lasting, energy efficient uv led lamp generates low levels of heat for printing directly on a wide range of surfaces and three-dimensional objects 290 mm. Azon razor hale utilized the printable area 290 x 800 mm for direct print onto and on any type of material up to 200 mm height. Extraordinary resolution of 2880 dpi delivers outstanding image quality in all print modes and on all materials.

Azon razor hale is combining more superior laser auto heights sensor adjustment. The improved vertical movement achieved with one motor provides more precise, faster and secure operating.
EFFICIENT INK SYSTEM MODEL
Always striving to meet versatile requests of our customers, azon razor hale comes with 500 ml bulk ink system. In order to maintain accurate high quality printing even during long production runs, azonprinter incorporated sic specially designed bulk ink tanks with monitoring sensors which are built to meet the demands of high volume operations. Each tank hold 500 ml of ink which is extremely easy to handle and remove. Azon’s unique automated ink circulation system agitated the white ink in the machine on every start up and shut down of the printer, prevents the ink settling. Ink tanks can be refiled from iink bottles. Ink waste is minimized and you can print continuously without interruptions. In addition, this system controls the discharge of white ink, reducing ink waste and eliminating manual maintenance.
