For the stand-alone machines the main strength is the chipless orbital t cut tube cutting machines. As all-in-one machines, the tubes can be produced with different cutting options, such as cutting through, pull and/or break method and in large quantities.

Created for precision. Our chipless orbital cutting machines make precise cutting results possible. Your tubes can then be directly processed further and for instance be formed straight afterwards. That saves time and money.

Special software to optimize number of cuts

Different tube loading concepts:

Decoiler with pulling unit for tube coils
Straightening unit for different tube diameters and straightness requirements
Inclined table for bars
Conveyor belt for bars, large tube diameters and longer tubes
Step conveyor belt for bars, small tube diameters and longer tubes

Flexible release:

Separate, controlled release for cut workpiece and scrap
Sorting system for up to eight tube cuts
Direct transfer to next step in the process
